It’s been a swelling twelve months for Australian rock’n’rollers The Preatures. What with touring alongside the iconic The Rolling Stones, their own wildly successful tours of US and Oz, winning a GQ Band Of The Year award, as well as playing to packed-out crowds at some of this year’s biggest festivals – including Glastonbury, SXSW, Coachella, Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits– The Preatures now announce UK and European tour dates for 2015, as well as a video for new track Ordinary.

Taken from their highly anticipated debut album Blue Planet Eyes – which shot to number one in their native Australia – Ordinary is a rocking dance-ready track bursting with infectious riff-speckled hooks. The video offers a fly-on-the-wall glimpse into the band’s more ‘ordinary’ moments on tour – sleeping, eating, driving, washing clothes and lady bullfighting.

Now signed to Virgin in the UK, the Sydney five piece, led by front woman Isabella Manfredi, have earned early support from the likes of Pitchfork, NME, Rolling Stone, DIY and Radio 1 since they emerged onto the international music scene with their underground hit This Is How You Feel. Their debut album is set for release in the UK in early 2015.
