Am 14. Jänner geht erstmals der Vorhang auf und THE ELECTRIC THEATER präsentiert den Vater aller wiener Kultparties:



GÜ-MIX, den vienna DUBCLUB-Macher!



Als Support wurde der Musikguru DJ JD (Jörg Dreer) gewonnen, den jahrelangen Resident-DJ und Booker der feinsten Clubs und Locations (Donau, Sargfabrik..), der wien im Hintergrund musikalisch geschliffen hat.

DJ Gue-mix is the instigator of the Dub Club, and in 1995 along with Sweet Susie and Kruder & Dorfmeister`s regular travelling MC, Sugar B, they started this institution of the vienna nightlife.



DJ Gue-mix started playing records at the age of 15 years; 25 years later he still plays with the same enthusiasm that he had when beginning this wonderful musical journey. 25 years of DJ business may seem like a long time, and maybe there are some people who think that this could become boring! Not so with DJ Gue-mix, he stills plays with colour and a freshness that invites the club goer to have a great time. Gue-mix plays with a passion and excitement that leaves a smile on your face every time.



Mixing up different styles like DUB-REGGAE, FUNKY-TECH HOUSE, BROKENBEAT, AFRO-BRAZIL, RAGGA AND DANCEHALL, & SOULFULL DRUM&BASS.



Gue-mix has played far and wide, PARIS (BATOFAR & NOVO CASINO), BRUSSLES (DOMINO FESTIVAL AB), NEW YORK (LIME LIGHT & ORGANIC GROOVES CLUB), SWITZERLAND (DAMPFZENTRALE, DUB CLUB ST.GALLEN & KRAFTFELD WINTERTHUR), BERLIN (MARIAS) TRIEST (ELECTRO SACHER) LISBOÀ (LUX) BUZIUS (NEW YEARS EAVE @ PRAIA DA GERIBA 2003- 2007) & RIO &SÀO PAULO and many other places.
