About Maffi:



Maffi Promotions a.k.a. Maffi Boys is a riddim-builder team straight outta 1773 Kbh V, Copenhagen, Denmark. Originally founded in 1990 by the two homeboys, lazy body Moog and Junior the Rat, Maffi Promotions have been a steady producer of simple digital riddims for years. Since 2008 they have teamed up with JAHTARI who're running the internationally distributed record label MAFFI out of Leipzig, Germany.



So far, MAFFI productions put out tunes with artists like Solo Banton, Soom T, Mikey Murka and legendary Hopeton Lindo. Nuff future releases are lined up.



Maffi's sound is classic 80's digital dancehall. Focus on delivering music for the high powered sound system. Thick bass, cheap synths and no bullshit. Junior and Moog made about a hundred digital riddims so far, and they keep spitting them out on a weekly basis.





About Firehouse:



Firehouse Sound was established 2005, since then Firehouse have conquered almost every stage in Denmark & Foreign mashing up venues with an energetic stage performance and massive, often very rare, tunes that can only be heard in a Firehouse session.



Firehouse brandishes a unique style of dancehall music and have made a name for themselves by releasing a line of internationally acclaimed mix tape series "Mastermind Computer Style" featuring the best tunes in digital reggae.





About Solo Banton:



Solo started MCing at the age of 11 as a younger MC on his brother's sound system King Shamma International. After a long career in the reggae music business as a top soundman & producer, Solo began as a recording artist relatively recently after linking with Kris Kemist of Reality Shock Records.



Solo was immediately recognised for his vintage deejay style and intelligent (often comical) lyrical content, and soon found himself in great demand for his talents, working with the likes of Jahtari, Maffi, Mungos Hifi, Zion Gate Hifi and many other sounds & labels worldwide scoring underground hits like "Talk To Me" or "Walk Like Rasta".
